Work that shipped, with the numbers it produced
Where a client is named, the record is public and verifiable. Where it isn't, the constraints and outcomes are real and the identity is protected by agreement.
BlockTree: designing trust into a blockchain reforestation platform
Brand identity, landing page, and a field-worker app in one two-week engagement. Field research in Nui Thanh district showed workers interact at two moments, before and after the shift, not continuously. The app was rebuilt around that observation, and the assumption it replaced was mine.

One day of shadowing showed the real problem: the team was already provisioning before approval, informally and without a log. The design formalized what was already happening, safely: full audit trail, automatic rollback, explicit states. Six months of audit-log data confirmed the strategy, 97% of requests were routine.

A shared component language across 7 product lines, without stopping delivery
Six conflicting shades of primary blue, four body text sizes, mixed spacing grids. The fix wasn't a prettier library, it was an adoption strategy: a pragmatic MUI-based token layer engineering already knew, piloted on two features before any mandate, measured monthly from the codebase instead of self-reporting.

Research and domain ramp-up
Learning a new domain used to cost me two months. With a structured research pipeline it takes one to two weeks, with every claim tied to a source I can show.
Prototypes in code, not pictures
Concepts go from Figma to working React prototypes your team can click, test on a phone, and react to. Feedback lands on behavior, not on a static image.
The diagnosis and the call
AI produces artifacts. It doesn't survive being questioned about a decision it never made. The trade-offs, the priorities, and the "no" are mine to defend.

I've spent twelve years in B2B SaaS, fintech, and internal tooling, taking products from ambiguous brief to shipped interface. Five of those years I led a team of six designers as a design manager, which taught me the part of the job that isn't in Figma: getting engineers, PMs, and founders to the same decision without burning a week on it.
I run my own practice now, Creatio Design, a registered company in Ho Chi Minh City.
